Rainbow Club
The Rainbow Club is a network of social swimming clubs for children and young adults with a disability. Each year, the Rainbow Club hosts the Murray Rose Malabar Magic Ocean Swim, named after the great Australian Olympian, Murray Rose, at Malabar Beach in February. Proceeds from the event help expand the Rainbow Club’s capacity to deliver personalised swimming lessons to the needs of its members.

Since 2014, the Ottomin Foundation has proudly supported the Malabar Magic Ocean Swim, contributing both financial backing and active participation. Members of the Foundation’s Charity Committee—alongside their families and Ottomin Group colleagues—regularly take part in the open water races, forming a team of swimmers.

“The Ottomin Foundation’s support of the Rainbow Club’s Malabar Magic ocean swim is outstanding. We have worked together to showcase active philanthropy whereby the Ottomin Foundation has provided the funding to underwrite the costs of the event and encouraged other corporates to join us. The outcome has been magnified impact for the children of the Rainbow Club.”
